The villa has three large bedrooms, two of which have en suites. It has a
lounge, self contained kitchen and dining area which leads to a large upper
balcony with fantastic views over the bay. The bedrooms access the ground
floor patio which has direct access to the beach. |

The villa is approached by a private path that winds through the villas and
is used by hotel buggies, to drive occupants around after a hard day on the
beach |

The villa is set on three levels with lounge, kitchen and dining area on the
upper floor. When entering the villa you will naturally be drawn upstairs to
the balcony and the view. |

The view is stunning at any time of day, peaceful and private, perfect for
early morning coffee or late evening drinks. |

The roof runs over half of the balcony and provides a lovely space to sit
out in the early morning for breakfast, through the day to provide shade and
in the evening having a drink or meal. |

The villa is set just a few meters back from the beach providing privacy but
also easy access to the beach and the loungers amongst the palm trees. |

The villa is of a colonial construction with a lovely wooden roof
running across the upper level. There is a comfortable lounge area with
TV and DVD and stereo. Also there is a central fan to keep the air
moving or air conditioning if needed. |

The kitchen is self contained with an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
It is fully stocked with glasses and crockery including children's plastic
plates |

If you stay in for an evening meal or just for breakfast the dining area is
a cool place to eat. It also has some great views especially in the evening
when the lights reflect across the bay. |

All the bedrooms are doubles and set on the mid and lower level. The two
master bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, the third shares a bathroom via
inter connecting doors. There are hair dryers in the bathrooms and an iron
(should you have withdrawal symptoms!) in one of the wardrobes. |

The two master bedrooms have double beds, one of these can be split. The
hotel will provide truckle beds or cots as required. Otherwise the sofa in
the lounge converts to a bed. There is plenty of storage with walk in
cupboards and chest of drawers. |

All linen is provided and changed if you have the villa serviced. Also
Beach towels are provided by the hotel which can be exchanged as many times
as you like using a card system. |

Both bedrooms have access via double patio doors to the lower patio and
beach. |
